What treatment does Still Detox provide?
Still Detox provides four levels of addiction care at both locations: medical detox, residential treatment, dual diagnosis treatment and medication-assisted treatment. A full-time Medical Director, Psychiatrist and Clinical Director work on site, and nurses are present 24 hours a day.
Residential treatment
Daily group therapy and weekly individual therapy after detox, or as a direct admission for stimulants such as cocaine, meth and Adderall.

Still Detox accepts out-of-network benefits from most commercial PPO plans and is in network with TRICARE. Our team verifies your coverage before admission and sets up payment plans for any remaining balance.
Many employer and union plans include out-of-network coverage for detox and residential treatment. Payment plans with automatic monthly drafts are available through DocPay.

Which substance use disorders do we treat?
Still Detox treats alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, heroin, benzodiazepine, cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription stimulant addiction. Substances with dangerous withdrawal start in medical detox; stimulants and novel drugs such as MDMA admit directly to residential care.

What does the Still Detox Boca Raton facility look like?
The Boca Raton residence has private and shared bedrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen, two outdoor spaces and a full backyard basketball court. Three catered meals and snacks are served daily, with keto, gluten-free, kosher and other diets available.

How long does medical detox take at Still Detox?
Medical detox at Still Detox averages 7 to 10 days and can extend to 14 days for complex cases or older adults. Most clients step down to residential treatment around day 8.
Is Still Detox inpatient?
Yes. Still Detox provides 24-hour inpatient medical detox and residential treatment. Outpatient care is arranged through referral partners after discharge.
Does Still Detox accept TRICARE?
Yes. Still Detox is in network with TRICARE through the U.S. Department of Defense. Commercial PPO plans are accepted as out-of-network benefits.
