Bobby Simpson
Director of Admissions, Still Detox
BS, Psychology
Bobby Simpson is the Director of Admissions at Still Detox, bringing more than 12 years of behavioral health and addiction treatment experience to his work with individuals and families seeking care. He oversees areas including admissions, call center operations, marketing, and outreach, helping ensure that people looking for drug and alcohol treatment receive clear information and compassionate support from their first interaction with the organization.
Bobby earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University. He believes addiction care begins the moment someone reaches out for help. For an individual or family facing substance use concerns, that first conversation may take place during one of the most difficult moments of their lives. Bobby emphasizes dignity, honesty, and treating every person as an individual rather than simply processing an admission.
His approach also emphasizes the systems behind quality behavioral healthcare. Bobby believes compassionate care must be supported by well-trained teams, strong processes, and consistent standards so every person receives the same level of attention and support.
Drawing from his own experience with recovery from drugs and alcohol, Bobby believes strongly that no individual is beyond reach. As he puts it, “Recovery is an action word, not something that happens to us.”
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and following Philadelphia sports.
