Executive Director, Still Detox
Michael LoSapio serves as Executive Director at Still Detox and has 10 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. His leadership responsibilities span operations, admissions, and utilization review, giving him a broad role in supporting the systems and teams involved throughout a client’s treatment experience.
Michael’s leadership philosophy is straightforward: patient care comes first, and everything else follows. He believes effective addiction treatment requires empathy, compassion, and an understanding that every person enters treatment with a different history, set of circumstances, and stage of readiness for change.
By meeting clients where they are, Michael works to support an environment in which adults and families navigating substance use disorders can receive individualized care and guidance throughout the treatment process. His work at Still Detox includes helping coordinate operational and admissions processes so clients can transition into care as smoothly as possible while maintaining a strong focus on the quality of the patient experience.
Michael is motivated by the opportunity to give back and help people see their lives from a different perspective during the recovery process.
Outside of work, he enjoys music, going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and being with his pets.
