Katie Peterson
Director of Business Development, New Jersey, Still Detox
Katie Peterson serves as Director of Business Development for Still Detox in New Jersey and brings more than 13 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. Her work includes developing relationships with professionals, hospitals, labor organizations, unions, veterans, and community partners to help adults and families connect with appropriate substance use treatment resources.
Katie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Dietetics and Wellness from Broward College. Her approach to behavioral healthcare is rooted in patience, understanding, and a commitment to putting client care first. Whether she is working with an individual seeking treatment, a family member, or a professional referral partner, Katie believes every conversation should focus on helping the person in need identify an appropriate path forward.
Her commitment to addiction recovery is also informed by her own experience with recovery. Having personally received support when she needed it, Katie is motivated by the opportunity to help others access the same chance to heal, rebuild their lives, and move forward in recovery.
