President of Business Development, Still Detox
Naim Cephas is the President of Business Development at Still Detox and brings more than 13 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. In his role, Naim focuses on building relationships and expanding access to quality drug and alcohol treatment for individuals and families seeking help.
His philosophy is centered on meeting people where they are and treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and respect. Naim believes effective addiction treatment should recognize that every person enters recovery with different needs, goals, circumstances, and challenges. He approaches each interaction by listening first and helping connect individuals with support appropriate to their situation.
Naim is motivated by the opportunity to help people rediscover hope, rebuild their lives, and work toward lasting recovery. Through his work with Still Detox, he helps strengthen connections between treatment resources, professionals, families, and communities so that individuals struggling with substance use disorders can more easily access the care they need.
